I have the pervious version of this working, but I see the download is a file with a rar extention. I am sure this is a dumb question but what is an rar file and what I am supposed to do with it. The pervious addon was not like this one.

since I use winrar as my compression programs, its default compressed format is xxx.rar.

now a zip format had been uploaded.

<CATEGORY_OR_DATE_NAME_PAGED_ARCHIVE> worked for my wife's site. It is placed in the top right (the calender is in the bottom, so you have to scroll to select it)

Got it working - I was not able to align it at the top like you do and I can only get months in numbers not spelt out - but it is good enough for me! So thanks for the help :-)

Can I suggest another change? OK, I will.

This addon includes years in the nav for where there are no photos posted. This means when Googlebot spidered my website, it was spidering pages up to the year 2069 and as far back as 1945.

I can assure you I have posted no photos in 1945 and I doubt I'll still be alive and posting in 2069.

It would be good to not provide links for years or months where no photos have been posted.

yeah, Connie will give you a piece of cake then :-D

generally, a visitor will not go further if he had clicked 2-3 years that has no image, and also the publisher generally will not post images every other year or every several years.

as you know, from 1945 to 2069, the addon must search the database for at least 124 times that will slow down the speed, and now the addon search the database 3 times in every click(only once before version 1.3.3).

I appreciate your suggestion, if anyone could suggest a better solution to do that. I will dig it.
