Talking Reality Fragments

I'd like to present to you my new project-website based on pixelpost, my favorites so far:
http://www.reality-fragments.de/index.php?showimage=62
http://www.reality-fragments.com/index.php?showimage=60
http://www.reality-fragments.com/index.php?showimage=69
http://www.reality-fragments.com/index.php?showimage=36

I'm going to post one image every day, created at exactly that day, so no archive images here.. ;-)
Modifications include image-preview via overlib and different archive implementations, as well as some additional templates (Series, MakingOf).

Hope you enjoy my work

Sebastian

The lighting on the first shot is really nice, the depth of field works really and the sky's color is quite nice as well. I feel like the right half of the image is missing something though.

You did a really nice job on the second one, after looking at your source image, you really did a nice job editing it into what you have posted.

The Frosty Quartette is my favorite image of yours, the sky looks great and the trees lead the viewer through the image nicely. Contrast between the snows and surrounding woods really helps bring out the hills and looks alot better than just a flat horizon. Nice job.

The last shot reminds me of getting ready for the first day of school and opening a brand new box of #2 pencils open. I'm not really sure what the shot is of but it has good color and obviously nice pattern. soldi shot.

Overall your site looks nice. Well layed out, easy to use. Images are sized nicely. Cool stuff.

Thx for the comments so far..
I know it will be hard, but I'm confident

The last shot was taken in an lab where they do EMC measurements, what you see here are some absorbers fixed to the wall.

69 is the best in my opinion. love what you did with the sky - what did you do with the image in photoshop? not that it matters to me - i'm just curious.

I really like image 60. The painted style to it and the yellow cast on the windows. How did you.... :d

The making of #60 "end of the day" is documented here:
http://www.reality-fragments.com/index.php?x=making
And as for #69, I did not ps the sky in this one, a little contrast and color manipulation but nothing serious, the weather was really weird that day
In the end, the images are supposed to impart my impressions while taking the photographs.
