New use for PP

Well... I posted a gallery on my site of my mom's recent vacation to the bahamas. A simple matter of having photoshop automate a nifty little web gallery...however, I couldn't just leave it at that. So, I proceeded to add comments to all of the images (50 or 60 or so) for amusement. The family loved it. And it gave me an idea.

I think I'm going to set up a new photoblog that my immediate family will have access to post their own images and comments about them any way they want. My family is not very big and we're spread out across the states (CA, TX, IL, VI, NY, SC, etc.), so we don't see each other much.

In this case, pixelpost will be used to share family pictures, stories, etc. to help keep the family a little more connected. Has anyone else done this or seen similar things? I figured PP's ease of use will make it way handy for just such a use.

It would be nice to see an addon to allow other users access to a restricted "post only" admin panel.

you can manage that with admin addons.... in 1.5. I assume

Good idea. I hadn't really thought about that too much. I'll definitely be using 1.5 for it as well.
