#3 is the least powerful, #2 needs more powerful composition...as in I want to see layering, the person in the BG's face or something as well...some sort of moment going on

#1 is pretty, lighting could be a little stronger, some warmer tones, stopped down a nitch for a darker sky ect, but its solid for what i think you were going for...

1st- Like the perspective here and the depth of field agree about maybe giving some warmer tones in the sky, like the framing, and the curling grass blade.

2nd- I like the expresssion and the detail, good exposure and contrast. Having the guide or rower in the frame adds nicely to the "feel" of the shot

3rd- I really like the red kite agaisnt the blue sky, clouds are nice too. Not sure about the women in the lower left frame though.
