I just did what I think might be an upgrade. Basically I copied all the file from the 1.5rc into my 1.5b folder. I changed the database info in the pixelpost.php file. when I went to the admin login, I did not get any prompt to upgrade. Does this sound correct? In admin, under pixelpost information I get:

I cannot remember whether it said 1.5 beta or not?

There was no DB changes (between 1.5b and 1.5 RC1) if I good remember and that is why you didnt saw any upgrade info.

Ok, works fine, but the "no english" characters appear wrong (á,é,í,ó,ú,ñ...)

as said before some times, open your language file in a plain text editor and modify the special characters to html-encoded characters

then it will be ok

There seems to be a problem with the german language file. After i chosed it in the admin mode i could not load my page and the admin index anymore. The error message was that there is a probleme in a line 1?? in the german language file. Cant remember the number. After i changed in my database back to the english language file it worked again.

What are the changes compared with 1.4.3? Is there a list?
