10 Business days is reasonable, but without knowing that, seeing my ticket closed and the account still open concerned me. That's why I emailed Rodney. When he told me it would be taken care of, I waited more than a month before doing anything else.

Incidentally, I logged in to the vip area, and there's a serious security issue in the application. The big yellow/orange cPanel button links to: https://:2083/login?user=myusername&pass=mypassword
Fortunately my link is broken, so it doesn't have the IP, but if it were working, it would include all of the information someone would need to gain access to my account.

That definitely is not a security or such and we actually have a number of features coming soon that will change this as well
