Simply apply code modification given by tomyeah

$thumb_output .= "<a href='images/$name' rel='lightbox'><img src=\"$thumbnail\" alt=\"$title\" title=\"$title\" class=\"thumbnails\" /></a>";

in your functions_browse file locate in the include folder.
