The 17's really not that much bigger than the 15.4, but the addes resolution is an amazing advantage, especially when it's your main main workstation.

I'm still using CS1 and the speed's not too bad, but I made the switch from an aging G4 400. Everything in Rosetta runs a lot faster than on my old machine. The maxed out RAM doesn't hurt either.

I bought a 15" Wenger laptop bag and it fits my 17" like a glove. I found that all the 17" bags left way too much space on either side and felt more like airline baggage.

But to each his own.
