Problems with languages and templates

I've just installed PP in my host space, but I have several problems. For example I cant see all the languages included, only I can see the English one. One more thing, I can't change the template. All the files are there but if I look through the the options panel they are not there! What happens? My hosting service is GoDaddy.com

"Check file_upload variable in php.ini file!"

alternatively, get in touch with your host.

give the information to your host - don't worry about it yourself. they'll know what the message means. it basically means the way they have php configured doesn't allow you to use pixelpost properly.

This is the response of my support:

"Thank you for contacting customer support.

This appears to be a scripting error, and unfortunately, we do not provide coding or scripting support through this forum. I recommend performing a search on a search engine such as Google.com. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please let us know if we can help you in any other way.

Sincerely,

Ben C."

what does that mean? are they suggesting pp has interpreted php.ini wrong or that they believe the error message which we wrote is a scripting error? as the guy has offered to help in any other way ask him if that means the file_upload variable is in fact on in php.ini and we're just being crazy or if it means he doesn't want to turn the variable on. if it is the later i'm afraid there isn't much we can do as pixelpost relies on being able to upload files.
