paged_archive bug

I'm using the following 3 tags:
<BROWSE_MONTHLY_ARCHIVE_PAGED>
<THUMBNAILS_WHOLE_PAGED>
<THUMBNAILS_PAGES_LINKS>

admin setting if there are more than 50 images,the second tag gives me links below:
<< 1 2 3 >>
click the number it does the normal thing,but click the arrow it displays all the images in the database(but not the browsing month) in divided page.
