Comments + Thumbnails + Poll

okay, I've searched the forum high and low for a fix for my problem.
decided to put this post under addons because imo its an addon question

in my comments popup I'm trying to get a thumbnail to show up which i did. the problem is that it's a link and if clicked it changes the comments page to the image page.

is there away to just have a <image_thumbnail_static> or something to just have a static thumbnail?

also i was thinking of adding a poll like rate this image. 1-10 or what not - I believe someone has posted about that tho.

it will give you a static thumbnail...
