I run a tutorials section on my website that brings in a lot of guests, otherwise i don't think my monthly transfer would be so high.. ^^

I dont have spammers attacks issue or at least I dont know about them :P

All depends from many things. For example Im hosting on my box official site of Polish Football Team Goalkeeper - ArturBoruc.com. Avaradge transfer in last months was around 15GB/month. In this one this is 150GB and its still rising :P

I think 5GB is enough for my nameless photoblog. :=D

some hosting has unlimited transfer, but low credit or worse service.

Unlimited transfer is impossible in hosting
Some companies "provide" it, but we usually see them go out of biz rather quickly!

eleven2 has 75GB! but cannot sign it up for I have no USD, haha.
only a 5gb limit?

my account currently has a limit of 2208 GB of bandwidth per month and increases 16GB a week. of course that is for my account and spread throughout all the domains set up on that account (currently about 12 domains) but it's still a hell of a lot, more then i would ever need.

god i love dreamhost

you'll love dreamhost till something goes wrong, it's hell to get things fixed for some reason...lol...and closing your account is like closing an old AOL dialup account, takes 4 emails and 18 phone calls of offers to get through it all...

I was a happy dreamhost customer for about a year and a half, well as happy as I could be cause i didnt know what other hosts had to offer. They my server had a router failure, it was all downhill from there. Oh well...godspeed to all dreamhost customers.

I must admit though, their actual server admins are very nice, you dont get to talk to them as a customer though, only reason ive spoken with them is because we worked together to resolve pixelpost issues on dreamhost.

i've been with dreamhost for about 7+ years. lately they been having some problems and hopefully it's just growing pains. i've personally never had a problem with their support, it would be nice if they had phone support but they've always resolved major issues very quickly. i really can't complain too much about them because my account is basically paid for from referrals, it's tough to complain about something that is free.... and i have all the storage space and bandwidth that i could ever want.
