Is there a spam addon like this?

I am having a terrible time with comment spam today. I woke up this morning to 73 comment emails (I couldn't even access my mail for a while because of it!) and since then I've gotten five spurts of 30 spam comments at a time today. I need to do something before I go to bed tonight because I hate to think of how many they'll leave me over night!

Jem at shutter junkie has an awesome set up to avoid spam on her comments and I was wondering if there was an addon for this. It's a box tick pattern thing. If you just go down and click on "leave one" under her comment section you can see it.

There is Akismet hack which in 99,9% handle SPAM as it should be handled.
There is also CAPTCHA solution which is quite similar to your example but maybe a litlle better in fight with BOTs.

Thanks, I'll look in to those. This comment spam is getting out of control! Grrrrr.

How are they doing this? As soon as I upload a photo, it instantly has 11 comment spams.
