Stats info from Eleven2

My site is hosted by Eleven2. Earlier this week the stats page in CPanel 'awstats' stopped working so now I've no idea what's happening with my site.

I tried contacting Eleven2's customer support, but they are hardly ever online and haven't responded to any of my emails.

Does anybody here have any suggestions?

are you sure it stopped working? awstats does not update live, it refreshes at specific times...

Eleven2 got back to me today, all sorted now.

still not many visitors though!

visitors come with time, paticipating at places like photoblogs.org, being active on their discussion list, submitting to photofriday and weekly photo theme sites, will boost this traffic slowly. I have been around a long time and my stats are nothing to brag about. I try to remind users to photoblog for them, not for popularity, keep the meaning behind their site personal and true, the rest will fall into place.
