Yahoo's MySql Database host name and PixelPost

I use yahoo as my host, and they've been great until now. I changed the pixelpost.php file to the specified host name, user name, password, and database name. I get this error message: <Error: Access denied for user 'radioman2k4'@'localhost' to database 'mysql'> ,when I try to continue instillation.

It is still trying to access "localhost", when the yahoo mysql database host is always "mysql".

Any ideas?

Thanks for the help gents...

well, this is a problem between you and your hoster!

You should ask the support of your hoster whether you entered the correct data into pixelpost.php, what we do is not too unusual, they should understand what is necessarsy there ;=)

Maybe you mistyped something
maybe you mixed something

good luck!

Jeff

I got the same problem as yours.

I managed to fix the issue by going in the phpMyAdmin on my Yahoo website.
Then I created my own new database that I called pixelpost.

Finally I launched again the install procedure for pixelpost and everything went neat.
