sql error if title has apostrophe

I just installed PP for the first time, version 1.5 final, if I try to set a blog title with a single quote / apostrophe in it I get this error: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 's Photos' where admin='pwinston'' at line 1

Is there a work around? I'd kind of a like an apostrophe in my title.

I didn't see a 1.5.x thread about this problem, but there is an older one:

This bug cant be in 1.5 final as it was fixed in 1.4.x so Im closing this topic.

PS Ive tested my old one 1.5 CVS version (more actual then 1.5 final) and it works fine.
