Back in action - New stuff from E2 on the horizon!

Pixelpost!
So, after a long hiatus, I'm back to the Eleven2 crew.
It'll be nice to get back into the swing of things.

I wanted to let you guys know that we're getting ready to release some really neat stuff between now and the new year. As of right now, you can check out our site @ www.eleven2.com & check out our development blog @ http://backstage.eleven2.com/.

It's good to be back, and I hope to hear from you guys soon!
Grace and peace.
Zach

That's good news. Eleven2 users have had a bit of a bumpy ride over the past month or so.

First thing I would do is remove the crappy blog and reinstate the user forums. To a potential customer, all that the blog does is show unfulfilled promises, long outages, and poor customer relations - not to forget poor grammar and spelling!

I sure hope eleven2 pull it together.

I might be leaving eleven2.com. My website has been down more than I really care to tolerate. Customer service is responsive, but, I've had better uptime service elsewhere. I'm on the look now for a new provider. Hopefully, the new things that are being added will decrease the amount of downtime experienced.

I moved over to another host. I posted a support ticket 4 days ago asking how to have my account closed. No response. I have sent a followup email but no response yet.

Sigh. I don't really have any problem with them as a host. Nice and cheap and the support is usually good but the speed and uptime leaves a little to be desired. Finding a good host is such a pain.

this blog with the announcements is nothing but hot air

my domains at eleven2.com are down for quite some time now
the support is not available, they send notifications but no answers after submitting a ticket but nowhere you can find the answers to the tickets

the forum is not available
but these guys are at myspace, wow. what a progress!

I can not afford to move the hoster again, BUT I NEED A WORKING HOSTER

Rodney, Zack, what is the problem?

I am angry completely, so I post my problems here, I know this is no godd PR for you, but what else can I do?

Have you ever tried this one? all-inkl.com

It is far far in the East ;-) but since almost 5 years we are really satisfied with prices, support, partnering and domain handling. They are very dedicated to their job (which includes script correction on server wenn gar nichts mehr funzt)

I've moved over to Dreamhost. The monthly plan costs $9.95 per month, and for that you get shed loads of bandwidth, diskspace and all the software that you could possibly want. My pixelpost installation transferred with no problems at all. There is a $45 setup fee but you can get that waived with this promo code: ZILCHSETUP

It's hard to give a recommendation when you have only been with a host for a week or so.. but so far, so good. And at least it is a no-ties contract.

I just found out that they have a 97 day money back guaruntee!

I am not thinking to move... when I moved to eleven2.com with one website, it took some weekends to modify all scripts

I am quite satisfied with siteground.com where I have most of my domains, just at eleven2.com with 2 domains because they allow streaming...
and now my domains there are blocked....

I am too tired to move with domains all the time, around christmas I moved away 17 domains from one broken hoster!
I want a working webspace not moving all the time ;=(
