1st Bug.
I think there's a slight bug in PP1.6 final. install.php checks the installed version of PP before doing anything. If you're running 1.6 Beta the upgrade is skipped. I changed 1.59 to 1.6 in admin/install.php and this seemed to fix the problem.

Bug fixed.

Re-download v1.6 if you experience problems installing from the beta.
