Can't upload after upgrade

Hi,
I was finishing to setup my photoblog and took the occasion to upgrade to 1.6 before the official launching. Everything worked fine until I tried to upload a new photo : I get a

"Error
Something's wrong in file upload!
Images folder not writable!"

However, General Info says

Image Directory: OK - Can we write to the directory? YES. Current CHMOD: 0777

and "ls -l" concurs. It worked on my local copy but not on the remote server. It also worked with 1.5. I tried removing the addons directory but it didn't help.

Any idea how I can debug this?

Thanks.

After a good deal of debugging, it seemed that it was that pixelpost thought it wasn't in the right directory. If I replace "./images/" by "/home/foo/public_html/images/" in the options, it works again...

ok... great it works again. We try to make it as flexible as possible but sometimes weird things happen. This might be one of those times.
