Get rid of text "Category:" in the <IMAGE_CATEGORY> tag?

Hello all!

So I plan on using the <IMAGE_CATEGORY> tag on my website, but I wish to use it in a title capacity, which it works well as.

But, I would like to get rid of the text that comes before the Category listing.

For instance, it reads:

"Here - Category: [Ethan] "

How do I get rid of it actually saying "Category:"? Which file do I edit to alter this?
