Hacked files for Permalinks in pixelpost 1.6.0

As Pixelpost 1.6.0 is released, we have to update/hacked some files to make the permalinks work.
The followings are the hacked files for the new version.
I've hacked index.php and paged_archive.php. moreover, .htaccess update is a MUST.
