Warm Horizon v3.1

I've updated Warm Horizon, my modification of the Horizon template included in PixelPost 1.6.

Version history:

Version 3.1

* Comment spam protection (see the readme for details).
* Prettier comment redirect page.
* Added a readme file.

Version 1.0 - 3.0 (changes from Horizon)

* Styleswitcher, with three themes to choose from.
* Simplified layout, navigation and footer.
* EXIF data in comments.

View the ReadMe file.

See the template in action.

Download the zip archive.

I hope you enjoy it!

I started using Warm Horizon this week on my new photoblog. I really like it alot. As I am not a programmer, I have a couple of questions.

The first thing that I noticed, when the comments are displayed, and I use Firefox, the comments are centered on the page. When I use IE6 or 7, the comments are left justified. Is there some way to get it centered on IE?

Secondly, on my About page, I have been able to put in my own text, but the font being in italics and such a small font, it is not easy to read. Is there some (and I am sure there is) way to modify that?

As I said, I am not a programmer, but I am willing to try things with guidance as well as experiment with things also.

Thanks in advance!

How does one change the standard site name into a different picture and/or text file like 'Project Seoul' has? Can I put a custom graphic up there? And also, can I change the template so that it is always dark? Thanks in advance for any help. I'm new to all of this

This template needs to be added to the downloads section on the main site. It, and a few others developed recently, can only be found in the forum.

Indeed they do need to be placed there. We are also working on the new downloads section as we speak so if you wish to wait a few more weeks that's fine too.
