JB Google Map and PP 1.6 admin

I'm not sure if this should go here or the addons forum...

JB Google Map and 1.6 appear to be not playing nice. I have a number of javascript errors in the admin when trying to add a marker to my map.

The admin works almost ok in IE7 but not at all in FF2.0

Anyone else see these issues or have I borked my jbgoog map thing?

what version are you using? If you use the initial version of the JBG Map addon I suggest you upgrade to the GoogleMap version from my site: link is in my sig.

This is the new Googlemap, based on JBGMap with loads of bugfixes and added features. If you don't want to upgrade please post the version of the addon.

Hi Spudooli,

I was at your website lately and I saw the Maps-Addon and was triggered to use that as well.. (was my whish for long time...)

so I installed the newest version to Photografitti.de (which is 1.6) and I am satisfied... it is doing what I want:

have a look there!
I like it but I must "map" a lot of my "old" photos to have a complete map of my activities...

Thanks Schonhose, I didn't realize there was a later version. I'll install him now.

Hi Connie. Yeah, I have the same problem. Going back and geocoding the past images is a big job. I've been procrastinating it for months and months.

Schonhose, I just noticed on your Google Map user manual that section 9 is labeled Uninstalling jbgMap. I think it should be Uninstalling Googlemap

Spudooli, thanks for noticing. It is still in beta because I have been swamped with work. These things tend to slip through.
