How to show the last thumbs of another blog

hi,

I would like to show the last thumbs of my friends blog.
Is there an addon for ?

Not that I'm aware of. And he actually has to install the addon so you can use a predefined url to get the latest thumbnail.

Once could feasibly build an addon + some JS code to make a "badge" similar to what Flickr offers.

Hmm but on pixelpost, the thumbs have some number on the adress ?

Exemple on this blog :
http://www.photoblog.eu.com/spip.php?page=liens

where he showing the last 8 thumbs... but I don't understand the code for showing the last thumb

It's possible that they made their own script / addon to do that.

One could technically get information like this via peoples RSS feeds if I'm not mistaken.

Since the page they are calling is spip.php, it's certainly not an addon, or anything specifically related to PP. More than likely they are using a feed parser that strips out everything but the thumbnails, as dwiliknsjr suggests.

In fact, this page isn't made with pixelpost but with spip which allows to import rss flows easyly.
