HTML & CSS help

could someone direct me to a link where I can learn more about HTML and CSS so I can understand how to makes changes to my current template? (or is learning HTML and CSS even going to help?) As you can see I am new to this.

Thanks,
Earl

Earl,

You might also want to check out the app StyleMaster by West Civ. It's a great visual CSS editor, availble for Mac and PC, and it comes with a really rockin' tutorial on css. Great to get up to speed, and a good tool to boot.

A little expensive to purchase, but you can easily do the demo and be up to speed before the 30 days are up.

Worst case, you learned css, and didn't want to pay for the app, best case, you learned css and have a great editor to use.
