Frequent "flush-host" errors

I've started receiving a rather uncomfortably large number of "Unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts' Cause #2" errors with my pixelpost install. It's been on the order of once a week.

I'm wondering if there is something that I have done to cause this, if there is something I can do to prevent it, or is this just something my host needs to correct?

The only recent change I made was to enable akismet for pixelpost. Otherwise, I've not touched my install since 1.6 was released.

If anyone can provide any pointers or tips, let me know.

Thanks

This would be a hosting issue. Sounds like their database servers have not been stable.

I'd get in touch with your web hosts support and see what they have to say.
