to change the image size

Hi
I just got the simple template but i find the image size too big as we have to scroll down to see the entire page. How can I change it?

If you want to resize images that you have already uploaded, you will need to get an addon.

This should get you started:

Or, using your FTP application, you can download the contents of your /images/ folder and use a photoshop batch action to resize them to your desired dimensions and re-upload the folder.
