I host there and I never get any probleme running a lot of pixelpost installation at the same place.

I use Vesana.com - $3/month - and they install pixelpost for you. However, they are not a registrar. I like because they are a non-commercial provider who provides hosting for non-profits. And they even offer a "barter" option for payment.
