post date

would it make sense to add the date and time fields used on the new image page on the edit image page? currently there is only an input field consisting of the date and time. changing the publish date to the exif date or one day after last post while editing the image is not possible. I think this option would be neat.

In addition I think it would be nice if the user was able to set a specific number of days for the "post xx days after last post" option (new picture and edit). One day may be too short for some people and setting each date individually for 20 pictures is a pain.

what do you think?

Good points, we take it in consideration.

If you use the "one day after the last post" setting, the photo is posted 1 day after the last uploaded (not published) one. If you post 20 posts at once using this setting, the last one will be 21 days after today's post

austrakia: that is correct, but some people (like me) rather post every three days. I have to calculate and change the manual date every time for that.

Today I programmed a new option: the number of days after the last post. You can set it to 3, 10, 100 and it will work. It defaults to 1.

Mark, you'll be glad to know that both things you've suggested can be found in the new release.

wow that was fast. I'm impressed. (ok I don't think that 100 days will be used that often... but why not )

I just programmed the date and time fields used on the new image page into the image edit page. In the next version you can select "post now", "post nn days after last post", "post on exif date" and "post on specific date" when editing an image
