My prev_btn.png and next_btn.png look like a big blobs on IE

On firefox, my prev and next buttons look like nice clean arrows in the upper corners of the photo. On Internet Explorerer they look like a big opaque blob that takes up half or the screen.

The .pngs are done in photoshop and are transparent index files. The size is about 700(high)x500(wide). The template is Simplicious.

Looks great on firefox, haven't tried it on safari yet. On IE version 6.0, it looks like crap.

The site is http://www.oswegan.com/

Any suggestions, greatly appreciated.

This gets funnier.

I just installed IE version 7, and it looks great.

So what do I do for people out there running version 6 or lower?

Thanks. I installed the script and altered the code.

Now I just need to find somebody running version 6 to check it.

I changed mine to v7

I would recommend changing the png file type to maybe a .gif and see if that works as I believe they can be transparent. Recently I have had some problems with png's in different browsers.

I decided to get rid of it alltogether and instead put the arrows up in the menu bar. It looks much cleaner to me and less distracting.

Thanks for your suggestion though, I'll try that next time I have that problem.
