delicious modification questions???

First and foremost I would like to thank jaysoto and all of the pixel post forum users for their continued support and knowledge. My questions are as follows

I'am using v1.1. of Jaysoto's Delicious template

1. How do I get the comments and the Image description / text section to be placed on the main index pages such as http://www.mikeseaby.co.uk/

2. How do I remove the arrow transparency navigation from the actual photos to a text link on the top right that are clickable to navagate? such as "http://moodaholic.com/"
