Yes, in the Page by Page Archive Addon which comes with your Pixelpost installation:
http://www.pixelpost.org/docs/Templa..._LINKS_AS_LIST

To use it in a paged way just use <TAG_LINKS_AS_LIST_PAGED> instead of <TAG_LINKS_AS_LIST>
