Cannot save comments - get 404 Error

Hi all,

I've just done a clean install of 1.7.1, but when I try to add a comment I get a 404 error. It doesn't matter what template I use, all of my setting are okay (allow comments, spam blockers off). I believe it may be a permissions issue, however I'm not sure what file(s) requires read/write access. All columns are in their proper tables in the db.

Anyone have any ideas?
