Anybody willing to program for hire?

I am a guy who knows very little about programming and honestly just don't care to learn because I do not have the time.

I have some ideas for my website and I have a template I like but I need help tweaking it and making it look the way I want.

Is there anybody who is an awesome programmer and knows css/html very well who I can hire to build my site using pixelpost?
