Comment Option In the Admin Section doesn't work.

It really doesn't matter which of the 3 options I use in my admin panel under comments, it still keeps posting the comments. I first changed it to add comments to moderate queue, and submitted a comment and it went straight through, then I changed it to disable comments, and it still went through, for some reason the option setting is not changing the behavior of the program.

Yes, it is changes the behavior and is in fact well known. When you set this option, this option will only work for all the new uploaded images. NOT for images uploaded earlier.

If you search the forum you will find at least three addons that allow you to set comment settings for earlier pictures as well.
