Customized home page

Hi all,

I've been asked to create a blog for someone. She's an artist so what her site needs is to show: a short bit of information on the homepage and updates / news on her exhibitions etc. And the usual gallery of art works (just as with the usual photoblogs).

I'm trying to figure out if pixelpost is the right thing for me to use, my only concern is whether it will allow me to create the customised home page that she could then update via the CMS. Everything about all the pixel post site I've seen look perfect - but since she is not at all web savvy I need to make sure that it isn't only the uploading of images that pixelpost supports, but that the info / text pages are doable with the software too (and that I can choose a text heavy page as the home page, instead of one large image or image gallery).

Any help would be appreciated,

Cheers

Ponch

Have a look at the minicms addon, this can be downloaded from our Extend section.

Thanks Dennis. I've done a search on minicms in the Extend section and found nothing - any ideas?
