If the page is not found then the files must not be there. Make sure everything was properly uploaded.

I have the same problem, but i already have a web site on my server.

Would this create the problem?

When I open my domain with transmit, i have three folders

Web - which contains all of my existing website stuff
Log - which contains i know not what
Blog - which is the folder that i set up to upload my pixelpost files

Therefore when i enter www.mydomain.com/blog etc etc i get the same message.

As you can tell i'm a complete novice, but liked the idea of having a photblog over a fairly amateurish website. Still somewhere i could send prospective clients to look at a 'portfolio'.

I presume i'll need to delete my exisiting website material?

Cheers
