Prev/Next buttons on the image

Hey, does anybody knows how that mod it's called (if it exist separately of an existing template) or how it's done?
If you don't know what i mean, i'm talking about that smooth navigation, when you hover the main image, you get two graphics that allow you to go to the previous image or to the next one.

that's been built into the template by some of the template developers - it's not a separate addon.
