Comments at the right place

Hi,

currently I have the "delicious" theme running and I want the comments to disappear below or above the "add comment"-form.

My problem:
If there are to many comments the site won't show the last one's.
For example here:
http://www.derlitograph.de/index.php?showimage=679

Click on "Add a comment" and then "View Comments"

This is an CSS issue I think!
