Disabling "all" category

Hi,

I am trying to use the Album View addon to create a page with a thumbnail for each category, but I cant find a way to get rid of the "All" category... I only want the categories I have created myself to be visible when listing categories.

But it seem that the category "all" is always there, and not found as a real category when looking in the Admin section for categories.
