Schuppi,
when I check from my installation, I get the information: Quote:
sometimes some servers do not allow to include files from another server, so this must be the reason, as the admin/index.php reads the content of a file at pixelpost.org into the actual website... |

Ok, had a little bumpy ride because my FTP program was messing around with me...but it works, very nice!

I hate updating. I made many, many changes to index.php to make Pixelpost behave like it want it to.
Is this update recommended? |

well, generally updates fix bugs, if nothing bothers you about the current pixelpost version you are running then you obviously dont need to update, but we releases them as we see fit, so as a dev team we advise to update to stay current with pixelpost features and support.

and another suggestion:
try to integrate your modifications as ADD ONS, not as a mod of index.php we do not recommend to modify index.php, this will get problems with updates as you see... |

Okay.
Isnt there a better way to develop the software, so I can make changes to pixelpost without having to cut&paste changes every time?
