Another Install Problem

I get pixelpost copied to the root level of my server. When I try to run the application I get the following error messages.

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /admin/install.php on this server.

You may need to create an index.html page or enable the directory browsing by creating an .htaccess file containing "Options +Indexes".

I'm a bit lost at this point as to what to do here.
