Hey, I always wonder how some get so much traffic on their site.
What's your secret?

Better skills as a photographer, less photoshoped images. Learn how to tell stories, not just to shoot places. That's my advice, I hope that helps.

The best thing you can do to to increase your traffic to your site is get involved in online communities, and share your work there. Add a link to your website in the signature of every discussion board you sign up for (like this one), and you'll have a link back to your site every time you post a comment.

You should also get your site listed on every photography listing site you can: photoblogs.org, photoblog-community.com, vfxy.com, coolphotoblogs.org, etc. just to name a few.

Take advantage of the google sitemap plugin and submit it to google using their webmaster tools.

These things will get you traffic, but that's about it. I get several hundred visitors to my site each day, but get very few comments. I still haven't figured out the secret to increasing the number of comments on my photos.

well I just checked your site, and my advice is use proper metatag in your images, and make it more search able friendly to image search engine. you can draw a lot of traffic from there.

Another good way to generate traffic is to participate in Photo Memes.

I run one called Two 4 Tuesday.

There are many others... some of the more popular ones are Photo Friday, Thursday Challenge and Moody Monday.
